Description

One of the hippest neighborhoods in San Francisco, Noe Valley is a destination all by itself. Located in the geographical heart of "The City", just minutes to downtown. Protected by Twin Peaks it is sunny most days. Flanked by the Castro on one side and the Mission on the other, Noe Valley is a friendly small town accentuated by joggers, dog walkers and baby strollers.
Jersey Street is one block from 24th Street which is the heart of Noe Valley, where you will find - banks, Post Office, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Farmers Market (Sat morn) coffee shops, bagels, movie rentals, City Library, & on.

Our apartment is on the ground floor with a door to the garage. Newly renovated it features bamboo floors, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, & dishwasher and a beautiful granite countertop. Bathroom is done in travertine and has a generous sized shower. Front door opens onto a small patio with chairs to relax in. Street access is through a locked gate and leads to the patio & front door. Patio is adjacent to area that is used in common with the other tenants of the building for access to laundry facilities in the basement, but generally is semi private. Smoking outside only in patio is allowed.
Check out the Noe Valley Voice for the neighborhood newspaper, you'll get a good feel for the community.
