This loft is brand new, designed with contemporary furnishings and 'stage-able' and customizable to your individual needs.

Adjacent to the business and financial districts, the pulse of a vibrant city is all around Market Lofts. Macy’s Plaza and Grand Hope Park are just across the street. In addition, there’s more shopping only one block away at 7th & Figueroa plus dining at renowned restaurants, excitement at the Staples Center, and the Red and Blue Line Metro Station are all within walking distance.

Right down the street a mile away is the Disney Concert Hall designed by Frank Gehry as well as the Ahmanson Theater.

On the retail level is an upscale supermarket, Ralph's, the first downtown supermarket in nearly 5 decades. It boasts fresh produce (organic available too), 4 food bars, a carvery, nightly wine-tastings, fresh fish counter and a coffee-bar. It's easy to stay on your diet with everything at your disposal or to explore some of the various offerings comparable to what's found in local restaurants. Your per diem goes a long way here!

The future will herald Staples Center’s second phase, the awesome and expansive LA Live complex featuring a 7,000 seat Nokia Theater, a 1,200 room Hilton hotel and conference center, shopping, dining, and upscale entertainment. The Gensler-designed hotel will soar over 54 stories and be a joint Ritz-Carlton/Marriot building.

California Medical Center is less than a mile away and Market Lofts are central to freeways 10, 110 and 5 - all major arteries to Venice Beach, Hermosa Beach and the seaside towns of Santa Monica and Malibu. Also readily-accessible are the Sunset Strip, House of Blues, Disneyland and Universal City Walk.

The loft itself boasts a furnished bedroom with queen-sized bed and a 42" plasma flat-screen. There's also a 50" flat screen in the living room. Direct TV is included along with MLB, NFL and NBA packages. There's also XM radio on the premesis which is included. Wireless internet as well.

The loft is technically a 2/2 but if a traveler doesn't need or want the other bedroom as a bedroom, we can get creative. If you have a pet, we can make it Fido's area while you're gone during the day. Play piano? We'll bring one in (upcharge to be determined). Want a sitting area? Sure. Computer area? No problem. Stretching or yoga area? Yes. Treadmill or stationary bike? Absolutely. (although there's very ample work-out facilities on the premises). What have I missed? I guess we could get in a ping-pong or even pool table if you want! If you're artist and want to paint, we'll bring in what you need!

Whatever will help you enjoy your stay and still stay true to your passions, we'd love to help! Tell me what you want and we'll do our best to make it so!

A couple more items - there's a dry-cleaner right in the building (Ralph's). If you want to do your laundry, it's right in the unit with an appliance called 'Tromm' by LG. It washes AND dries your clothes without having to take them out! Amazing! I had my doubts at first and now I love it. It's extremely 'green', very energy-efficient and does a great job on cleaning. You can set it to start in the middle of the night so it's done just as you're waking up if you like the idea of being greated by warm, fragrant, toasty clothes! Easy...very easy...to operate!

Come enjoy the daily comforts of the most highly-anticipated loft project in the greater downtown area to date. There's so much to do whether you want to stay at home or venture out.
