It was completely remodeled in July 2006, and is furnished in a very comfortable, traditional style. It has a private, enclosed courtyard. Both condos are air conditioned, and have a fireplace for those chilly evenings, or just to add a little ambiance. Both condos also have cable TVs with DVD players, and a surround-sound stereo with a CD player. In addition, we provide local phone service.

Our condominiums are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.
