Description

We have worked hard to make this "home away from home" a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We have set it up for the perfect corporate retreat.

The layout:

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the master bath has been completely remodeled. It has a tub, new vanity and slate floors. The second bedroom offers a twin bed and a desk with internet service that is ready for your laptop. The second bath has a shower, and is also completely remodeled.

Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room. They are set up on a satellite dish through Direct TV. The living room TV has a DVD player and the second bedroom TV has a built-in VCR.

The living room couch has four components, two of which allow for storage. When all tucked together, the size is similar to a full-size bed (or you could separate it and put 2 and 2 together for the equivalent of 2 twin size beds.) So the condo can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

There is a table with 4 stools and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The Gas Fireplace warms the room and the full size W/D finishes off all that you need inside. Enjoy a night on the balcony from the top floor.

The entire kitchen is also completely remodeled with new slate floors, new slab granite countertops, new cabinets, and a new sink and faucet. Even the furniture is all new as of last year!

You can't beat the location. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the light rail, 7-11 is across the street, Gunther Toodies is up the road with fabulous $3.99 breakfasts - and stop in at Target while you're there! Centennial Airport is just 5 minutes down the road and DIA is about a 35 minute drive. You can walk to several DTC office buildings and downtown is just a short 20 minute drive north on I25.

Enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer and take advantage of NO ICE SCRAPING in the winter - Park your car underground in #17, take the elevator up to the top floor and walk down the hall to your corner end unit.

Everything is included that you should need - all linens, dishes, etc. One check takes care of utilities, dish, internet, phone, etc. So please let us know what we can do to accommodate you, enjoy and welcome to your home away from home!
