COTTAGE AMENITIES: Windows on all on sides or the cottage either view trees or the lighted garden and classic fountain featured just feet away from the entrance and kitchen. The generous kitchen boasts custom hickory cabinets, and all new appliances include a Jenn-air glass stove top (two burners), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, convection/toaster oven, blender/food processor, all surrounded by custom Canadian maple counter tops.

BATH: The tile 9'x5' bath features 3'x5' tile and tumbled granite shower with hand-held shower massage and instant hot water.

LIGHTING/BEDDING/TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Skylight, low-e double-glazed windows, fully insulated, heat, a/c, great closet, recessed lights, dimmers throughout. Queen mahogany sleigh bed with new high-end latex mattress and tempurpedic memory foam. Down pillows and comforter with alternatives offered, mattress warmer in winter; yummy Egyptian Cotton towels & sheets changed weekly, etc..

ENTERTAINMENT: FLAT PANEL TV, DVD player and library, Pioneer home theater system with surround sound, iPod/mp3 dock, and WIRELESS INTERNET all included. Leather recliner.

ADDITIONAL ROOMS AVAILABLE: If you need suite or two, the luxuriously appointed private master suite attached to the main house (bed & breakfast style) can accommodate 2 additional guest, and a third suite is also available. The master suite features new hardwood floors. This 460 sq ft suite includes a 10x12 ft bathroom, and a 8x10 dressing room/mini kitchen with refrig, microwave, and coffee maker.
