You can sit at the large blue pearl granite countertop in the kitchen or in the dining area where you will enjoy the view out the large picture window for there is always deer, turkey and fox visiting throughout the year. The family room is off the kitchen and there is plenty of room to watch t.v. relax and enjoy the views in the back yard, the room is all windows, there are no neighbors here to look back at you, just nature. Off the family room there is a large expansive wood deck to relax in the warmer weather. The living room has a large wood burning fireplace which is perfect for cold nights, and a very comfortable large couch (you may not make it to the bed!). There are extra blankets stored in the ottomans and wood is supplied for the fireplace. Weekly maid service included. Wireless internet and local phone service provided. This home is located near RT 17, RT 287, Garden State Parkway, and NY Thruway. One hour to NYC by car. Three minute drive to train station, be at Grand Central Station in 45 minutes via train! Close to stores, houses of worship and many parks. This home is in an excellent neighboorhood and is very, very safe. Close to Allendale NJ, Ramsey NJ, Upper Saddle River NJ and Montvale NJ. Additional services, grocery shopping prior to arrival, drycleaning pu/delivery is gladly arranged and for those who are not familiar with the area, a garmin rental is provided for 30/month.
