This 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome is owner occupied and has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. The home offers a big screen plasma television, cable television network, high speed cable internet, a telephone with answering machine, a completly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. Plus a washer and dryer. There are two sets of outside furniture on two patios plus a Weber charcoal grill. A monthly cleaning service will be provided. There is a two car garage. However, the owner will have the use of one stall.

The home is located just minutes from premier up-scale shopping, home to over 200 golf courses, movie theaters, restaurants galore and Old Town Scottsdale. There is a LA Fitness center within a five minute walk. A heated pool and Jacuzzi is one block away. If you enjoy the warm, arid weather, two short blocks will provide you access to a walking, bicycle and jogging trail. If you prefer culture, this area is known for its Native-American and Old West traditions. Not to mention the many, many art galleries and art venues.

The home must be rented for a minimum of two months at a time. The rental is $3,500 (US dollars) per month with the first two month’s rental due upon signing a lease. Cashiers checks or money orders only. No refunds for cancellation.
