DescriptionThis is a fully furnished, fully equipped, 2 bedroom + finished basement, 1 bath home that is 3 miles from the Pepsi Center. We are located on the bus route so that you don’t have to park downtown. Our house is approximately a $10 cab ride to the Pepsi Center. As another option for not driving, we are located on the Cherry creek bike route and we would offer up the use of our bikes as another alternative form of transportation. We have several commuter bikes that are perfect for the city and we ride them to work all the time. The bike ride to the Pepsi Center on the cherry creek bike route is about 10-15 minutes.Features Include: Fully furnished house Non Smoking Home 2 standard bedrooms 1 third bedroom in basement 1 bathroom (with bathtub/shower) Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board Amazing backyard with a deck, brick patio, and great furniture to relax in. Huge Gas grill on the back deck We have wireless high speed internet and will have a laptop there for you to work on. Plenty of easy parking on the street (there are no parking meters) Alarm system Off street parking Bikes for use Descriptions: We have two main floor bedrooms (one has a brand new king size bed and the other a brand new queen size bed). Both have large windows that let in a lot of light. The downstairs bedroom has full size futon (sleeps 1-2). All rooms are newly painted and have closets that will be emptied for your use. Our living room couch is also a daybed in case there is an extra person who needs a place to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything that you might need. If there are special needs, please inquire. The grill (extra large) on the outside deck is wonderful and will be stocked with two propane tanks. Mudroom – a storage space for bikes and other stuff you don’t want to bring into the house. We can discuss the use of a cleaning service during your stay if that is something that you will require. The only thing that we do not have is a home phone. This house is located in Country Club North/Cherry Creek, an upscale area of Denver that is extremely safe and comfortable. It is one block from the liquor store and two blocks from a grocery store. We are right off of 6th Ave. which is a great area for restaurants and are actually located directly across the street from one of the best restaurants in Denver, Fruition. (I would highly suggest making reservations early because they book fast!) It is a great way to have cocktails on our deck and then walk over to have dinner.
