One River Place is 900-unit state-of-the-art luxury 24-hour doorman/concierge elevator building conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan. The air-conditioned apartment has large one bedroom with a view of Hudson River, Midtown Manhattan and W42 street.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything. The living room includes a 32” color TV with cable service, high speed internet, a stereo, a phone and a queen size sleeper sofa that expands to a bed. The bedroom contains a queen size bed as well.
Roll-away beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge. The laundry, dry cleaner, ATM machine, are in the building. There is the Observation deck with spectacular view. For a small fee guests can enjoy River Place Sports Club.
The building is walking distance to the Hudson River, the Chelsea Piers, the Circle Line Tours, Broadway Theaters, fine restaurants, the Jacob Javits Convention Center, and Times Square. From the building there is immediate access to the Lincoln Tunnel, the West side Highway, Port Authority, airport shuttle, and Pubic Transportation.
