November '08 through February '09 rates are $525 a week, $1875 a month, and $99 a day. March '09 rates are $999 a week, $2500 a month, and $125 a night. For your convenience, check-in and check-out times may be negotiable.

DescriptionThis wonderful condo is a second floor unit, with gorgeous views of a golf course, two lakes, and mountains off in the distance. Ducks, geese, turtles and fish are usually swimming below your balcony, and sunrises are unbelievable. The community pool and hot tub overlook the golf course, and there's a club house available for a small fee. It has a separate dining area with a see-through fireplace separating it from the living room. Three televisions and DVDs, luxurious sheets and towels, blow drier, iron, movies, shampoos and lotions, all help make this a real home away from home. Smoking is allowed on balcony only please. Condo is easily accessible to freeways, restaurants, hospitals, shopping, tourist attractions, hiking, parks, and three major sports stadiums, where there's usually something exciting going on! It is fully furnished, tastefully decorated, and if it doesn't have everything to make your vacation enjoyable, owner is less than two miles away, and will try to help out if needed. There are wonderful cities to be explored; Phoenix and Peoria border Glendale, and Scottsdale, Tempe, and Surprise are short drives away; with Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and Tucson less than two hours away. There are museums, Indian ruins, petroglyph's, comedy, theaters, the Science Center, Karchtner Caverns, and the Grand Canyon. Owner is very excited about being able to offer this home, has worked hard to make it ready, and could possibly be a tour guide, or babysitter, if needed. |
