The bedroom is also plenty large and has a new queensize bed, cable TV, desk and huge double door walk-in closet. Off the bedroom is your own private deck with a Weber gas grill ready for BBQing. The beautifly decorated living and dining rooms are an open floor plan with a large wood burning fireplace. There is central airconditioning throughout. Utilities, phone anywhere in the lower 48, high speed wireless internet and basic cable TV are all included. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement and available for your convenience. Bi-weekly housecleaning is also included in Monthly or more rentals.Property is conveniently located near: Hackensack Hospital, Valley Hospital, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Ramapo College, Montclair State College, William Paterson College and the Paramus Shopping Malls. Easy commute to Manhattan, Teterboro Airport, Newark Liberty Airport, JFK Airport or Laguardia airports Local public transportation by bus or train is very close by. The Town of Maywood: Our home is located just a short walk from the center of town. Maywood offers anything you could possibbly need during your stay. We have our own supermarket with a huge gourmet take out section. A fresh seafood market and the local butcher also make for some great home cooked meals. Not much into cooking? Check out the local fare at the neighborhood restaurants in town. Also in town find the post office, several dry cleaners, coffee shops, hair salons, and fast food take-outs. Transportation: Maywood is a commuter's paradise. Access to every major NJ Highway couldn't be easier. We are just 5 minutes drive to Routes 4,17, and 46 as well as interstates 80, 95 and the Garden State Parkway. A mere 7 miles to the George Washington Bridge into New York City. Just around the corner you can catch the express bus into NY or if you prefer catch the train from nearby Hackensack.
