DescriptionLovely art graces large living-dining room open to kitchen with 2 stories of glass to views of Marina back to Century City. Come from street thru covered garden entry into the great room with vaulted ceiling to 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms with lots of closet space. Bathrooms are all exquisitely done in marble. Spiral staircase winds in front of view windows down to well-appointed 25’ x 16” office-entertainment area with trees and azaleas inside the window wall and sliding glass doors out to 40’ x 13.5’ deck.
The fireworks at 4th of July and other occasions burst at eye level, and we have had as many as 120 guests. But we are only leaving 24 white plastic stack chairs, 8 regular chairs, a bench, and 3 tables for parties. In addition to the fine art and great lighting, we are leaving the house fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, linens, towels, etc. We will provide a trusted house-keeper, gardener, and have all maintenance providers lined up.
