Credit checks and background checks will be performed on all tenants. Tenant will be required to sign a lease agreement.

This home can rent fully furnished which includes a fully functional kitchen, bathroom linens, and bedding. The furniture represented in the attached pictures is of the existing furniture supplied with the house. However, furniture may vary slightly with same quality items to accommodate each tenants needs. We will work closely with the tenant to meet his or her specific needs.
Furnished rates include all utilities (water, garbage, electric, gas, cable, high-speed internet, landscape and home owners association dues). For stays longer than four weeks, there will be a utility allowance given.
Unfurnished rates do not include utilities.
Pet deposit: additional, refundable
Cleaning services can be provided for an additional charge.
