Description

The unit is a high end condo.  It is a spacious studio at 638 square feet.  It is about 4-5 blocks from the core of downtown.  It is on the fringe of a new neighborhood in Seattle called South Lake Union.  The complex has a 5-star Pan Pacific hotel, a Whole Foods grocery store, a Starbucks and many other retailers including a couple of restaraunts.  There is a very nice gym with a hot tub and sauna to use that the hotel manages.  It is all included in the rental as well as parking.  Its very central and easy to get anywhere.  I DO NOT have a land line.  There is a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the kitchen and bath.  The kitchen has a very big island and eating bar.  There is also a balcony.
