Let Holly Hill Haven be your home-away-from-home. This unit is located on the 2nd floor in our owner-occupied home on a quiet dead-end street, 12 miles so. of Boston, BRAINTREE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT. Tastefully furnished and comprised of 2 bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 baths. All furniture and furnishings are included: beds, bedding, towels, pots & pans, plates, glassware, and flatware. The recently updated kitchen includes all large & small appliances: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, coffeepot, toaster oven, etc. There are two TV's (master bedroom & living room), one of which has a built-in DVD/VCR, and both of which include cable. All utilities are also included: heat, hot water, A/C, cable TV, ceiling fans, and Internet. There are phone jacks in place; but, if you want phone service, you must make arrangements with phone company. Tenants have access to beautifully landscaped backyard w/lawn chairs, gas grill, & fireplace. For the younger set, there is a complete swing set, which is enjoyed by our grandchildren, who live with us. Security is ensured, as we live on a dead-end street in a very quiet neighborhood. There is on-site off-street parking. We are a five-minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to the Quincy Adams T Station, or a 12-minute walk to the Braintree T Station, which includes Redline service and Commuter Rail. Tenant-at-will agreement is required and can be renewed on a monthly basis by mutual agreement. Rent is $1800. To move in, you need $2300 ($1800 for rent and $500 security deposit). First month’s rent is pro-rated if tenancy begins other than on the first of the month. All subsequent months run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
