A 4327 square foot 5 bedroom 4 ½ bathroom home (3 bathrooms are en suite), plus 2 family rooms, front parlor, dining room, downstairs office with a in a separate library/gallery type room. The house was built in 2008. There are many built in cabinets throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways with another desk area built into the kitchen. An executive property, graciously furnished, this property has a 4 car garage and is located in the prestigious Quartz Hill Community of the Antelope Valley.

The house has 3 wings of bedrooms: master bedroom wing with a large bedroom and the master bedroom area has a large walk in closet, spacious bathroom with separate walk in shower in addition to a separate bathtub, a vanity and vanity seat are in the bathroom. The master bathroom has two sinks, and separate WC (room with a toilet). The upstairs guest wing has 3 bedrooms and a family room. The three bedrooms have 2 bathrooms (one ensuite and one with separate shower/bath separated with a door from the double sinked area, and a large family room that can be used as an additional sleeping area. The house currently sleeps 14.

The additional downstairs guest wing is has a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
There is a large separate laundry room with laundry machines.

The owners have furnished this house with granite countertops, gourmet kitchen with Kitchenaid oven, microwave, and a 5 burner gas stove-top, hardwood broad board decorator flooring, top graded floor tile and upgraded luxurious carpets and well appointed window coverings. This property is in a community surrounded by mountains which is a distinguished 4 season community in close proximity to the California Poppy Reserve with easy access to the major state 14 highway. This magnificent property provides luxurious high desert living with all the amenities of shopping, horseback riding, access to religious institutions, restaurants, schools, desert activities such as hiking, riding, various parks are in the locale, off-roading and equestrian activities. The Quartz Hill Lancaster region is the gateway to the Mojave desert. This area is close to skiing resorts at Wrightwood (a night time lit skiing resort) and Big Bear, hang gliding, glider planes, ultralights, sailplanes, historic ghost towns, mountain areas, and off-road trails. The location is a few hours drive to Las Vegas, approximately an hour to LAX airport. There is a golf course close by. It is about a 2 hours drive to the Southern California Rivera beach resorts of Santa Barbara and Santa Monica. Universal Studies, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Six Flags, Magic Mountain theme park with 15 roller coasters. Lancaster has a direct train service to Los Angeles and shuttle transport to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
