Furnished all inclusive decorator suites (no kitchens in suites) in 8b/5b owner occupied house. Gay friendly mansion but you don't have to be. The largest suite is 1900/mo and 450 sf with a den and private bath. there are other smaller suites for less and shared baths. Decorated shared first floor with Huge guilt gold mirrors Living room that includes HDTV large screen in formal parlor with fire place and grand chandeliers, dining room that seats 14, huge kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and fully equipped, though most of us are too busy to cook. Great city garden with fountain and 45' magnolia tree. peaceful. House and suites/rooms cleaned every 2 weeks, but you keep it clean in between. Common areas always show ready and no personal items left out, includes: wireless internet, laundry detergents, linens, paper products, minimal storage in basement, w/d and all appiances. Close to airport, sky scrapers, city hall, I76, Rittenhouse Square, Center City Business District, Gayborhood, Fitler Square, University of Pennsylvia, Penn, Drexel, lots of BYOBs and top restaurants in the area. SWEAT gym and Rittenhouse Gym nearby. NO pets or smokes, ez bike storage. email for more pix and floor plans, or price point as some semi private bath suites available for less.
