This Florida home is conveniently located near Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach. Motorola, Burger King and Spirit Airlines are a few of the major companies in the area. The Dolphin's Training Camp is only 4 miles away.

Several universities and colleges can be found in or around 5 miles such as: Nova Southeastern, Barry University, Broward College, EMS Academy, FAU - Florida Atlantic University, ITT Technical Institute, McFatter Technical Center, Sheridan Technical Center, Trinity International University South Florida. Among many others, The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, for example, is within a half hour drive. Several houses of worship are located very near this home.
