The apartment, set up for corporate rental, has been totally refurbished with 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors, central A/C, wireless internet access, high efficiency washer & dryer, remote-controlled ceiling fans, tasteful furnishings and all the necessities (linen, kitchenware, grill, etc.) for a comfortable brief or longer stay. TVs are provided in the living room and all bedrooms; stereo and DVD in the living room. Guests can enjoy the front porch or the small deck off the master bedroom. One parking space is available for tenants.

Our neighborhood is perfect for vacationers, visiting professionals, production crews and the like as the location makes it an easy reach to almost all parts of town. The house provides easy access to Bayou St. John, the New Orleans Museum of Art, City Park and the neighborhood Farmer’s Market. Also within walking distance are two neighborhood grocery stores, 5 restaurants with bars , two coffeehouses, a fine wine store, a pharmacy and a salon. The famous New Orleans Street Car makes a turnaround stop at the entrance to City Park less than a mile away; bus service is readily available one block away on Esplanade Avenue. The French Quarter is an easy 5 minutes away, CBD about 10 minutes, and uptown 10-15 minutes by car. It’s a nice and convenient area with easy access to I-10, I-610 and Metairie.
