Coveniently located 3 blocks from Johnson & Wales University and 10 minutes from Fitzsimmons Hospital and Downtown, the Garden Suite has 2 bedrooms and gets a ton of light.
Other special features include:
- Open floor plan for kitchen/living area, bedrooms located on either side
- Gas heating stove that you control
- Designer touches such as beautiful paint colors, charming, comfy furniture and distressed wood floor in kitchen
