SUITE A: 1st Floor 1.5 bedrooms

1st floor, very luxuriously furnished, spacious (900 sq. ft.), 1.5 bedroom suite with antiques, maple wood floors, oriental rugs, side yard, lots of children's toys, and many amenities.

There is an extra small room off the bedroom, separated by a curtain, with a futon-couch-bed and a desk for a laptop. This lovely room can be used by 1 or 2 children as a bedroom-nursery, or it makes a great sunroom as well.

This charming 1.5 bedroom apartment also has a second entrance through a side yard. The small fenced in side yard has sod, hanging plants, a lovely round outdoor 2 chair table for eating and an extra large grill with a side burner . Additional folding tables and chairs are available, giving extra room to place food, or eat at.

There is also a 7x4 shed in the side yard for uses by the renter(s) for storage of beach chairs, bicycles, etc.
