SUITE B, has 3 bedrooms and is on the 2nd and 3rd floor, Pet Friendly

SUITE A, is on the 1st floor with 1.5 bedroom, Pet Friendly



SUITE B, 3 Bedrooms (1,500 sq. ft.)

LUXURIOUS ! STUFFED with AMENITIES ! OPEN and ROOMIE

The second and third floor are decorated with warm colors, wall paper, boarders and wood and painted wood work, as well as lovely oak floors with a touch of floor rugs

The roomy cosy kitchen gives you a peninsula with three stool, a dinning room table that sits four to six people and your own personal library; select a book and leisurely settle in on a sizable very comfortable futon couch, or use the foot stool and work on your laptop computer

There are 3 bedrooms, two on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The bathroom, located on the 2nd floor, has just had a total makeover and your washer and drier are located there as well.

The 3rd floor has four sky light allowing lots of light as well as ventilation and with built in retractable blinds you can easily keep out the light. There is also a lovely TV sitting area and a laptop computer station.

There are two 7x4 shed in the side yard for uses by the renter(s) for storage of beach chairs, bicycles, etc.
