We have two one bedroom apartments available in this owner occupied brownstone building in the West Village. GREAT location, on sweet and relatively quiet Cornelia St, 1/2 block to the famous Bleeker St. Walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and fun stuff in the W Village, SoHo and TriBeca.

VERY cute apartments with european flavor. Clean, cozy, very expensive queen beds in each apartment, high end IRONED linens, fresh flowers, mineral water and warm hospitality provided.

Both apartments have pull out couch in living room, so second floor can sleep 3, third floor can sleep 4 comfortably. Wireless internet and cable TV. Full kitchen with high end appliances and dishwasher in each.

Rates are $175-$250/night, dependent on length of stay and number of people. 4 night minimum. Holidays are a bit higher.

Monthly is $3500-$5000/month
