Private guesthouse in quiet, country-style residential neighborhood. Close to Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, Kodak Center, Hollywood Bowl, Burbank Studios, Griffith Park (including Greek Theater, LA Zoo, Travel Town, and Observatory), Japanese Tea Garden, and other tourist sites. Nearby public golf and tennis courts, and hiking trails in Fryman Canyon and Griffith Park. Drive to the mountains or the beach for the day, or take the subway into downtown Los Angeles or Old Towne Pasadena. Many restaurants and shops on nearby Ventura Blvd or a short drive over the hill to Hollywood, Melrose, West LA, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or Century City.

Queen-size bed, plus couches in living area for 1-2 overnight guests (Pack-N-Play available). Dining table opens to seat 4-6. Living area has desk, Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Solar-tube skylight and fan. Separate Heat/AC in living area & bedroom.
