The apartments are located in Historic St. George Village. The 10-minute walk through the quiet, safe Victorian neighborhood brings you to famous "FREE" Staten Island Ferry! Manhattan is just a 20-25 minute ferry trip away. The free ferry (#1 tourist attraction in the city!) provides the most spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and skyline and runs 24/7 every 30 minutes (15-20 minutes during rush hour). Local shops, bakery, good restaurants, a supermarket, offer all the amenities for your stay. Free, ample and safe on-street parking at the Villa entrance. Use of BBQ patios and formal gardens, with considerable privacy for NYC along with easy access.
