Conveniently located near John Wayne airport, Camp Pendleton, and Mission and Saddleback Hospitals. Year-round family or singles entertainment practically at your doorstep (concerts, restaurants, theatres ). Great area!

Home furnished throughout. Beds and dressers in Master and two bedrooms. Fourth bedroom can be used as an office or bedroom as well.

Family room has large desk with room for files and more. Leather sectional sofa and television make this ideal for relaxing while looking out into the back yard.

Dining room has china hutch, table and chairs. Kitchen has dishware and all appliances. Double slider doors in dining room lead to rear patio which adjoins kitchen. Wonderful for entertaining year-round.

Rock climber, bounce house and garden make great backyard activities. Owners are flexible with which children's activities remain.
