Garage corporate rental or vacation rental apartment just seven blocks from the Georgetown Square. This executive rental is less than 1 mile to St. David's Georgetown Hospital and Southwestern University. Traveling nurses will enjoy living in a private residence just a 10-15 minute drive to these Round Rock hospitals: Seton Medical Center Williamson County, Scott and White Hospital, St. David's Hospital. 10-15 minute drive to nursing school and medical school in Round Rock. This Georgetown Texas short-term, furnished rental is about a mile from I-35, and then a straight 25 miles to the capitol building in downtown Austin.

The apartment is above the detached garage at a single family home in Old Town Georgetown, Texas. This is the private residence of a couple with no children, giving it a much quieter, safer atmosphere than an apartment building. Ideal for business travelers who would like a place that feels like a home, not a hotel. The apartment has one bedroom with a good sized closet and queen-sized bed with pillow-top mattress.

Down a short hallway, past the full bath with walk-in shower and an in-unit stackable washer/dryer, you'll find the combined kitchen/living area. There's a high definition flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The apartment has DirecTV satellite TV and a good selection of DVDs in the DVD library. We have stocked the kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a mixer, a slow cooker, a coffeepot, and anything else we thought you might need for a lengthy stay. We have done a lot of traveling overseas, and we wanted to provide our guests with a comfortable home base that truly feels like a home. And of course, we provide free wifi so that you can get your work done, too.

Guests are welcome to use the gas barbecue grill in the fully fenced back yard, the gazebo, the luxury lounge chairs, and the private saltwater swimming pool.

The apartment is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Old Town Georgetown is a wonderful neighborhood for walking. Lots of gorgeous Victorian and Craftsman homes. We're about a mile from the Georgetown Rec Center, which has a fabulous weight room and great fitness classes, and where you can purchase a short-term membership.

Pets considered with $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Please contact us with information about your pet for approval. If you're traveling with your dog, you'll enjoy the Georgetown Bark Park, where your dog can run free in the safety of seven fenced acres.
