All the amenities you will need for your stay. Only about 1 hour from Disneyland and Magic Mountain. Just minutes from Santa Monica Beach Boardwalk, Venice Beach and Malibu. Neighboring Marina del Rey has connections to some of the areas prime activities such as sports fishing, trips to Catalina, dinner cruises and jet ski rentals just to name a few. Some of California's top colleges and Universities are within minutes. Sony Studios is also close by. Close to some fabulous restaurants and lots of shopping. 2 night minimum. No pets. Non smokers only. $275 per night. $2800 per month, $300 non refundable reservation deposit that will be used toward your stay. $2800 refundable security deposit.
