The front part of the house has an open kitchen/family room and an open dining room/living room. along with a separate laundry room. The master bedroom has two separate sinks, separated by a walk through closet and a separate shower and bath that looks out to the pool. The second bedroom has a walk in closet and adjoining bathroom, with a bath/shower. The second and third bedroom look out to the other yard that has a beautiful grass area with an old, grand oak tree. The back part of the house was built over a 100 years ago and has a cozy, Tahoe charm. The two over sized bedrooms, both have bathrooms. There is a large family room, separate office and wine room, that can be converted back to a kitchen if need be. We are in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our house is close to all freeways, which include 101, 280, 85, 237, 880, 680. We are about 45 minutes from San Francisco and 15 minutes to San Jose. We are also 30 minutes to Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay and an hour and 15 minutes to Carmel.
