Our brand new home is conveniently located in a quiet 55+ neighborhood that is minutes from George Fox College/ University, ADEC, Chehalem Glen Golf Course and many wineries. It is within a half hour of Portland, Beaverton and Hillsboro. The beach is an easy 75 minute drive. This is a wonderful walking area and a minute away from 99W, 20 minute drive to I-5.
One bedroom has a Pillow top queen mattress on the bed and a walk-in closet. The other is presently furnished as an office.
The kitchen counters are done in porcelain tile. Bathroom counters are terrazo tile. Living areas and bedrooms are floored with a cushy oatmeal carpet. The numerous large windows have cellular shades, most top down, bottom up. The large built-in buffet houses decorative and bar items in the glass top and china for entertaining in the lower part. This home has an abundance of storage. The central vacuum system and covered deck facing a field, make this an easy home to enjoy and maintain.
