Regarding Long Term Stays:

3-6 months 15% discount per month = $2,550

Every possible effort will be made to accomidate last minute rentals.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

This beautiful home has been designed so you can relax at home in style and easily entertain your guests. There are stainless steel appliances, the oven has a warmer, the microwave is also stainless steel and the dishwasher is an upgraded quite model. Granite counter tops through the house and around the 2 fireplaces. There is a BBQ and seating outside. Every possible kitchen convenience that you need is available including dishes, glasses, and flatware for up to 28 people.

There are 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bed that sleeps 2 people. Two additional people can sleep downstairs. The guest bathroom downstairs is all stone. Each upstairs bathroom has a double sink, a tub (Jacuzzi in Master), shower, and upgraded taller cabinets.

This property has a fully equiped laundry room upstairs.

The stone work on the downstairs floors is gorgeous. Upstairs is high quality carpeting.

There are 3 work areas in the home. There is wi fi internet and cable T.V. with unlimited movies. In addition, there is a DVD collection and VCR collections. Have some family fun with one of the many provided board games or decks of cards.

Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. In addition, 2 more people could sleep downstairs if needed. There is a Oreck iron and ironing table and a blow dryer for your use.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the garage or in front of the garage. There is also parking on the street. This is a gated community. The gate is closed during the evening only.
