Fridgidaire refrigerator has a front door ice and water dispenser. Other kitchen essentials include coffe maker and blender, as well as cookware and dining essentials.

Off the living room, one will find the downstairs bedroom which has a full sized bed and a desk, so it can also be used as an office. The bedroom/office adjoins a bathroom with single, pedestal sink, tub/shower combination, with marble floors and shower walls. The bathroom also opens up to the entry for dual access.

Atop the first flight of stairs, one will find the second bedroom with a california king bed, large walk in closet and 33" flat screen tv. This bedroom also has a private bath, with granite countertops and stone floors with tub/shower combo.

Also on the second floor is the laundry closet, which has stackable, front-loading, super capacity, new washer and dryer.

Past a small balcony on the second floor, the stairs lead to the third floor which has a very large rooftop patio, with refreshing views of Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Venice and the surrounding mountains. Patio table with umbrella seats six, and there is still room for relaxing in our seperate lounge chairs. The rooftop patio has its own half bthroom, with toilet and sink.

This fabulous unit has central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom many closets throughout, secure gated entry and one parking space in the garage for up to two cars in tandem. Parking access is through the back alley.
