Beautiful houseboat close to downtown Sausalito. Incredible views from every window. Marina setting with sea birds, seals, sea lions, lovely and entertaining boats and boaters. Bathrooms walls are faced with Port Orford cedar. One has a body restoring steam shower; one has a whirlpool tub. Kitchen has all modern appliances.

15 minutes to San Francisco, or a 1/2 hour ferry ride to the financial district. 35 minutes to the wine country. Walking distance along the water to Sausalito restaurants.

If you want a truly unique and incredible experience for your San Francisco stay, this is it.

Unfortunately children under 12 (except for babies) are not good candidates for a stay because of the potential hazards of being on the water.
