Located in the heart of the Loop, this unique 1750 square foot sun-drenched corner loft has tons of space and a one-of-a-kind location--with Millennium Park just steps away and everything that’s exciting about Chicago at your door.

There’s no need to squeeze yourself into a sky-scraping shoebox when you can stay in a condo that is the size of a small house and has been renovated top to bottom.

From granite counter-tops to hardwood floors to soaring 10 foot ceilings, you will love the romantic and thrilling feel of real urban living in a clean and modern home.

The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo and the master bath can only be accessed through the master bedroom, ensuring plenty of privacy for all.

The master bedroom has two queen-sized beds, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds or can be furnished as your home office. No matter which bedroom you choose to call yours, you'll love the space, comfort and privacy!

Two of the bedrooms have 32 inch HD T.V.s/DVD players and the living room has a 47 inch HD T.V.

The dining room table seats 4 and there are additional easy to move chairs and bar stools in the unit to provide plenty of seating for all.

The washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in a closet next to the fully-appointed kitchen.

The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and the second bedroom, the third bedroom and the front hallway each have an over-sized closet of its own.

The huge windows in every room of this corner unit make you feel like you are right in the mix of all that is exciting about downtown Chicago.

You even have a view of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan from the living room window. It's not panoramic but who needs a panoramic view of Chicago’s famous natural landscape when that landscape is essentially your backyard!

A mere one block walk brings you right to Millennium Park where you can stroll through gardens, have a picnic on the grass, splash in the fountains, see live concerts and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Keep walking for 10 minutes and you’ll find yourself right at the shores of Lake Michigan where all kinds of fun activities are waiting for you. Along the way, stop and enjoy all that Grant Park has to offer.

You’ll also be within walking distance to night life, restaurants and entertainment. Indeed, your cultural and entertainment options are virtually limitless.

Take your pick: the Cadillac Palace Theatre, Bank of America Theatre, Imperial Theatre, The Oriental Theatre and The Goodman Theatre are a stone's throw away.

The Art Institute is 2 blocks south and the Chicago Cultural Center is 2 blocks north.

Just across the street from your main entrance is Filene's Basement. Half a block north, you'll find the largest Macy's in the country, not to mention Nordstrom Rack and H&M. And, all the shopping State Street has to offer is just a block away. If you prefer the Magnificent Mile, walk north about 8 blocks and you're there!

The Aragon Ballroom: 6.7 Miles (25 minute train ride which you catch 2 blocks from my building and which exits right at the Aragon. You can also drive or take a taxi and get there in about 17 minutes)

Brookfield Zoo: 14.7 miles (22 minute train ride and a 10-minute walk away or you can drive it in 25 minutes)

The location, space and price are the best the Loop has to offer and you will love the accommodations.
