Rules and Regulations

2. TO ENTER AND PLAY: There is one (1) way to enter: visit the CHBO site at www.CorporateHousingbyOwner.com (the "Web Site"). On the Web Site, submit an e-mail, via the "Contact Us" link, with the subject "Tell a Friend – Find/Rent/Learn/Win". 
3. The CHBO Tell A Friend Giveaway (the "Friend Giveaway") will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.S.T.) on December 24, 2009 and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on December 23rd, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). One (1) entry per person. 4. CHBO will not be responsible for incomplete, illegible, or lost entries or for failure to receive entries due to technical failures of any kind, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. CHBO reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Friend Giveaway.  
5. ELIGIBILITY: The CHBO Tell a Friend Giveaway is open only to residents of the United States that are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The CHBO Tell a Friend Giveaway is not open to employees, volunteers, or interns of CHBO and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, volunteers, or interns.  
6. Winners of any Tell a Friend Giveaways are ineligible to win any other Tell A Friend Giveaways for a period of one (1) year from the date of the Tell a Friend Giveaway. 
7. PRIZES: PRIZES: Prize winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about December 24, 2009. The prizewinner will receive one of the following: $500 gift certificate to Home Depot;$250 gift certificate to Home Depot; CHBO 1 Month Front Page Listing; CHBO 1 Month Front Page Listing; CHBO 12 Months Property Listing; CHBO 12 Months Property Listing; $100 gift certificate to Home Depot; CHBO 12 Month Featured Property Listing; CHBO 12 Month Featured Property Listing; $50 gift certificate to Home Depot; CHBO 3 Month Highlighted Listing; CHBO 3 Month Highlighted Listing; 
8. ODDS: Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. 
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The winners will posted at http://corphousing.blogspot.com/ and will be notified via email within the following two (2) weeks of the Tell a Friend Giveaway end date to obtain the winners' postal addresses. The prizes will be mailed to the postal addresses provided by the winners. Inability to reach a prizewinner by email after reasonable efforts may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. No substitutions allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the prizes. 
10. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Tell a Friend Giveaway constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Contest Rules.  
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Tell a Friend Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Tell a Friend Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Tell a Friend Giveaway, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
