In lieu of paying a security deposit, we offer the option of purchasing the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance plan through Travel Guard. For an affordable $45, this plan covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage to the rental property or its contents, if caused by a registered guest or you can choose an increased coverage limit for $69 and have coverage up to $3,000.

For complete details, please refer to the Description of Coverage. You must notify the owner of any damage or theft to the nit during your occupancy. Failure to notify the owner may void your coverage under the plan and leave you responsible for any damage to the unit.
