Great Furnished Home in Littleton-SW Den - Corporate Housing Rental - 19273

We lived here for seven months. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The backyard was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream. Bruce is a great guy. He’s the best landlord I’ve had. He’s always available and quick to reply to texts. I can’t say about what a lovely seven months in his beautiful home.

A wonderful home. We didn’t get to stay our entire time because of my husband having an emergency surgery but the home is great and very well equipped. I am a plant lover and especially enjoyed all the live REAL plants. You don’t see that often in a rental. Kitchen has all you would need to cook a great meal. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Backyard is so welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill or water feature but they looked really good. Bruce is a great landlord and very responsive to any question or concern. I highly recommend this rental!

Bruce and his wonderful home was an answer to prayer for us when we had a pipe flood our own home and had extensive repairs to make. The location is ideal for both my children's schools and it is very conveniently located near C-470 and only about a mile from our home. If anything needed to be fixed, Bruce was easy to contact and was very responsive. This home gave us plenty of space for our family of four, plus a nice fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen is very spacious and has all the amenities, plus the walk out patio and BBQ grill is an added bonus. The master bedroom and bath are huge and there is lots of closet space. Having two bathrooms on the upper floor is convenient with two adults and two children, and there's a half bath on the main floor as well. There's a spacious two-car garage, and laundry/mud room right off the garage on the main floor. This home had everything we needed and so much more, and we would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs during our home remodel. Great house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Huge master with tons of closet space and the kitchen has a spacious pantry and all the amenities for home cooked meals. Dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved the patio and gas BBQ grill. Bruce was awesome and easy to reach if we needed anything. Close to C-470 so an easy commute to the mountains or the city. We definitely recommend this home.

This house is in a prime location; close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and highway access. My family and I stayed here while we were searching for a home. It was perfect, had everything we needed, was the perfect location and Bruce was super helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this home.

Our family stayed in this home while we were preparing for our forever home. Bruce was very accommodating. The home is huge with a lovely backyard. The neighborhood is very quite with respectful neighbors. There are many resturants, grocery stores, and retail shops near by. We highly recommend this home.
