Luxe Furnished Apt nr Beach& SF, Parking - Corporate Housing Rental - 8442

I had a great month stay. Yes it's a small studio apartment, but it has everything you need: clothes washer, fully stocked kitchen. The unit is super clean and up to date. After a couple days, it felt plenty large, cozy and convenient. Location was perfect for me. The backyard has a series of terraced patios, and there's actually an ocean view from the upper patio. Bring a bike and your hiking shoes, wine for happy hour view of sunset over the ocean. I biked to the beach or the store and did hikes almost every day, throughout the nearby coastal hills. The house borders the Sweeney Ridge trail and is across Hwy 1 from Mori Point park (using the convenient golf cart tunnel under the highway). Easy drive to San Francisco or Half Moon Bay. Owner Norma Jo is so nice and helpful. Hint: bring your Roku or Chromecast.

This unit was amazing ! The amenities were great. Very quiet and peaceful. I absolutely loved the surroundings, very safe neighborhood. The beach and hiking trails are to die for, so breathtaking. I immediately felt at home as the property owner was so generous and friendly. I would absolutely stay there again . Highly recommended. I stayed there 6 months . Great place ????

Great unit: super clean, nicely appointed, tastefully decorated. I stayed for only a month, but it was the perfect space for my needs at the time. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want/need (most large multi-bedroom rentals don't have as much stuff as this kitchen does!). Great space to crash in, but also a great space to spend time hanging out in. Then on top of all of that, Norma the owner is extremely friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a rental in the Pacifica area.

This is a great unit! Me and my wife stayed here for almost a full year. Everything in the unit is up to date, nice and modern kitchen and bathroom just as the pictures show, great little outdoor patio area that you can sit in the evenings as well. Out of all the great things in the unit, it's what is just outside the unit that makes it 5 stars for me. Exactly 1 mile to the beach with a trail that runs all the way there great for walking running or biking. As well as a great surfing beach about 2 miles away. Great location, friendly landlord, and great amenities.

I stayed at this property for 6 weeks and was more than comfortable! This studio has all the comforts of home and actually makes you feel like you're there. The fully equipped kitchen is a real plus. Great location with plenty of activities within minutes of the front door. The property owner is a longtime resident and was very helpful in finding the " local hangouts". This studio has great access in and out of the airport, to the city, and is right off Hwy 1. If you're looking to feel like you're home when you're not, this is the place to be.
