We started AvenueWest Corporate Housing a real estate brokerage located in Denver, CO that focused on managing fully furnished private residences for real estate investors offering these properties as full service corporate housing properties to business travelers and others in need of extended stay rentals.
Because the demand for private residence corporate housing was bigger than we could service we started Corporate Housing by Owner / CHBO to provide a market place for the properties and tenant we couldn't service through AvenueWest Denver. Today CHBO lists both private residence corporate housing and traditional serviced apartment corporate housing allowing renters to find exactly what they need all in one location.

Corporate housing is defined as fully furnished rental apartments, homes or condominiums offered for rent on a short-term basis, usually for one month or more.
Meghan Hartman, the owner of the AvenueWest Phoenix office, says Phoenix is the perfect place to set up a corporate housing shop.
“As the economy continues to strengthen, more and more people are relocating into the Phoenix area.
