No, if you have finished entering your account information, you do not have to start over again. You will be able to login and finish entering your property information about your property depending on what step in the submittal process you recently completed and subsequently saved the last time you saved your progress. Be sure to hit the update button to save changes. Changes are made instantly.
You do not. You may add all your properties under the same owner account. This feature makes it easier to manage all your properties. After you have paid for your first property the additional ones added receive a discount. We also offer a bulk listing package beginning at listing 5 or more properties, there are additional benefits associated with a bulk listings.

CHBO recommends the Platinum package for property owners who want to continuously rent their properties to corporations.

Yes, property owners who have multiple listings with CHBO will receive a discount based on the current special at the time they post their property. The secondary listing(s) start at $229 per year for the basic annual listing. The discount is built in and will apply when you purchase.
Each basic listing package you purchase allows you to display three photos. You have two options: upgrade and add up to 15 (total of 18 slots) additional photos or upgrade and add 30 additional photos (total of 33 slots). The 15 additional photos is a $60 onetime fee that covers the cost for the life of your CHBO listing. The 30 additional photos upgrade is a $110 onetime fee that covers the cost for the life of your CHBO listing. Photos are your best way to attract renters, so it is wise to add as many appealing views as you can. You can add additional photos to your listing by Clicking the upgrade link from the 'my listings' tab in your dashboard.
Click the option you desire and proceed with making payment. Once payment is made, you can edit your listing to add more photos.
Property listings that have sponsored listing upgrade are displayed in a special area on the search results page when a prospective renter searches. This will help give your listing more exposure. The listing will also display in the regular list and map view. To purchase a sponsored listing, click the link from the 'my listings' tab in your dashboard. Click the 'Sponsored Listing' option by clicking the 'Add' button. Then choose the duration you desire and proceed with making payment. Once payment is made, the Sponsored Listing status will start immediately.
There are three easy ways to add photos to your listing:
1. Upload photos from your computer when you originally list your property.
2. If you want to add photos later, click here and select your property under 'my listings' and select edit property. This will take you to the main edit page. Click the 'photos' tab at the top. you can drag and drop photos to add or use the 'upload photo' link to locate the photos on your computer to upload. From this page, you can also replace and delete photos and also add captions to the photos.
3. If you are having difficulty uploading photos yourself, simply email your photos to CHBO. Mention in the email subject line the property ID to which you want the photos added.
For best results, use photos that are at least 826px (width) X 550px (height). Allowed file types are: .jpg and .png. File size cannot exceed 1 mb per image.
Our website will automatically resize and crop the images greater than 826px (width) X 550px (height) so it fits the primary display area. Be patient, uploading can take a few minutes. Be sure to click the update button to save the photos to your listing. If you have trouble adding photos, please email them to email@example.com and mentioned your property ID or address in the email and CHBO will add them for you.
Your email address is not displayed on your listing to prevent unsolicited email (ie. spam). An email dialog box is displayed on your listing and this program will send tenant request directly to you. We do not monitor these request.
CHBO keeps a record of each time your property is viewed (ie. hit). You can see these hits by following these steps:
1. Logging in to your account.
2. Visiting your dashboard.
3. Clicking the 'My Listings' tab.
4. Under the 'Stats' column, click this link check stats of property.
5. This will open another window breaking down the stats available for your listing.
This depends on the listing price and the response time in getting back to potential leads. CHBO is a resource for advertisers to list their properties to attract corporations who relocate; assign temporary projects and much more. Typically it takes about 30 days to get a property rented, but it is not uncommon for properties to get the right contacts right away.
1. Go to the property listing you want to email on the CHBO website.
2. At the top of the listing, click the button at the top left.
3. A pop up window will open asking for a few items.
4. 'Email to' field is for the recipient email address.
5. 'Subject' will default with the property title, change if needed.
6. 'Message' is to send a comment to the recipient.
7. Click the 'submit' button at the bottom to send.
8. An email will be sent out to the recipient with a link to the property.

Why inconvenience yourself and your renter? Once you’ve spent an hour or less creating a virtual tour, you have essentially created a round-the-clock online open house that buyers can conveniently experience from their home or office computer. 3. Click the edit link.
4. Click the edit button under property details.
5. Select the 'links' tab at the top.
6. Insert the virtual tour link/URL in the correct link field. be sure to add the https:// before the link.
A virtual tour icon will automatically appear on your listing details page below the description.
The general rule for renting your personal residence is, if rented for less than 15 days in a calendar year, the owner cannot deduct any of the related rental expenses, but is not taxed on any of the rental income (code section 280a(g)). This applies to rentals in the United States. CHBO always advises checking with your tax advisors on these matters.
