If you're looking to embrace the life of an urban dweller in Denver, this is the place to stay! I moved here from Florida and rented this unit for nearly a year. Midland Lofts is only block away from the vibrant 16th Street Mall, which includes great restaurants and retail shops. Other downtown attractions are within walking distance, including Union Station, Larimer Square, Denver Art Museum, Pepsi Center and Coors Field. I'll definitely miss the luxurious Brown Palace Hotel, which is only steps away from the Midland Lofts. I became a regular at the Ship's Tavern, one of many restaurants located inside this iconic hotel. Jazz performers play in the lobby on the weekends, which creates a nice atmosphere for guests and visitors. Another great restaurant to visit across the street is La Loma...great margaritas! Lastly, Richard and Heather are the best tenants! They are very responsive and the unit has everything a renter would ever need.

My husband and I rented this unit when our house burned down in early 2012, it was the best part of our whole ordeal. The owners are fantastic and have taken great care of the space during their ownership. The location is great, just minutes from 16th street, the building employees were friendly, the lobby was always well kept and the fitness facility is really nice. This apartment was our home away from home for several months and we are extremely grateful to have had such a nice place, owned by friendly people to stay.
