Fantastic place. The views are absolutely incredible. Previously lived in Denver and I had no idea such amazing views existed from anywhere in town. Can see all of downtown and the entire Front Range. The penthouse has very nice furnishings and appliances. And is convenient for walking anywhere near uptown or downtown Denver. Ate out most of the time because there are so many good restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchen was very nice and fully loaded (including chinaware). The penthouse was very quiet, despite being in town. The onsite fitness and business centers were very convenient. Park Ave makes getting in and out of Denver very easy, even during rush hour. Will definitely stay here again if work brings me back to the Mile High city.
