We enjoyed our 1 month stay in this great downtown apartment. We are from Chicago and had to find a new home for 30 days while our home went through renovations. We wanted to try living downtown, so this was the perfect opportunity. The apartment is in great shape; completely furnished, great views, clean and quiet. We brought some household items with us but it really was not needed. Everything is stocked. We worked with Ted on the lease, understanding the building's rules and payment. Everything was conducted professionally. We had no issues. The location is exactly what we wanted to try/experience in Chicago. It was close to our work, the main public transportation hubs (Blue line, Red line, and CTA buses 156 and 22, to name a few). For once it was so easy to move about Chicago. We also ate out almost every night getting our fill of the restaurants in the River North area. Last, you will never get board of the view from the apartment. Breath taking. The amenities were great. We used the pool one night. Nothing broke or was out of place during our entire stay. Thank you Ted
