Reviews

We resided here for 26 months. The location is excellent--easy access to all of downtown Long Beach's restaurants and shops, an easy walk to Von's grocery store and a very short walk to the beach. The unit has beautiful ocean views from one deck and city views from the other. The building is well built, as we seldom heard outside noise from the street or from neighbors. The gym is well appointed and the pool and hot tub are seldom busy. The unit itself has a great split floor plan. It is very functional and includes tons of storage. The unit is updated with a beautiful kitchen/living/dining great room with great views of the ocean and the Queen Mary. The master bedroom and bath is extremely spacious. The second bedroom will accommodate a queen size bed. A full size would be more ideal however, to leave more room for a bedside table and dresser. The second bath is updated as well. Secure garage parking is included at no extra cost and there is a ton of free guest parking as well. The owner was always quick to respond to texts and e-mails, and quickly addressed the very few issues/concerns that arose over the 2+ year period. She was always a pleasure to deal with. We absolutely loved living here and would still be there if job transfers did not pull us away from Long Beach.
