Cooks will be pleased by a bevy of small appliances, kitchen tools, and the Calphalon and Cuisinart cookware.

The Master Bedroom is provided with a California King Select Comfort bed on a custom platform with drawers. Electronic entertainment begins with a 7.1 home theater receiver and surround sound design and a new 50”Samsung Smart 3D Slim TV. A wireless equipped 40” Samsung Smart TV can reside in any of the other rooms, connected via ATT Uverse.

The Owners are flexible and willing to work with tenants relative to adjustments in furnishings, artwork, and accoutrements.

Beautiful house in Houston's best neighborhood, with a friendly and attentive landlord. We rented the house for one year, and would have loved to stay longer if we wouldn't have had to relocate to another city. The house is beautifully designed with tasteful furnishing and decorations (landlord and neighbors are architects and artists, so speaks for it all!). The architecture captures a lot of light in the house, and the layout of the house is practical with lots of space. We found the house to be suitable for our young family with 3 small children. The house is well equipped, and has ample storage space in every room. A high-tech speaker and entertainment system allows you to entertain inside and outside (terrace). The landlord is very friendly - and available 24x7. He took care that all our requests were met swiftly, and takes care of regularly maintaining the house (A/C, garden etc.). The house is situated in the best neighborhood in Houston, a vibrant and creative art and restaurant scene are just steps away from the doorstep. The bike and walking trail is accessible just within a minute from the house, outdoor enthusiasts will love this. We were on the trail with our kids every day. You hardly need to use the car. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a furnished house in Houston!
