We rented the property for 3 months and we stayed for 10 months. It has been a great experience! the property is new, clean, tastefully decorated, very closed to down town, near quaint restaurants and has a beautiful roof deck over looking Downtown and its tall buildings. Everything is included all the way to a grill on the roof top. we really recommend this property for anyone who wishes to have the best stay in Denver.

My business colleagues and I rented this executive loft office for 2 months. We wanted a place that was elegant, turn key, allowed to explore Denver's social scene and be practically located for the Denver business we conducted. The place is elegantly appointed and provided an exceptional space to work, socialize and entertain business guests. Its location is ideally suited for short walks to grocery stores, food & wine shops, entertainment options, various services & cool neighborhood strolls. In a tagline we had everything we needed minutes away from the apartment. The proprietor, Susu, is a charming top notch real estate professional who is meticulous about serving her clients' needs with graciousness and effectively. This will be our Denver rental choice.
