This is a terrific apartment with outstanding owners. As the other reviewers noted, it's in a terrific downtown location close to Whole Foods, Union Station, many delicious restaurants and a nice walking path along the river. Al and Pam take tremendous care of the unit, provide comfortable and updated furnishings and make check-in and check-out a breeze. My husband and I give it 5+ stars.
The building was great, the unit was spacious and everything was well decorated. The view is fantastic. Al is great. Everything about the place was top notch.
Apartment was perfect, building amenities very good, and the location was convenient to everything. Property manager was very responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental for a short term stay.

I lived in this condo for 6 months; June-December 2018. Overall, I was very pleased with my choice. The key factors for this included excellent location, well-designed building, ease of parking, good amenities, comfortable bed, and good flatware and appliances, all in a spacious, comfortable, well-stocked condo with good storage space. But above all, the owners are really wonderful and very considerate; when I needed to terminate my contract early, they were extremely cooperative and honored my request with no hassle. Highly recommended!
I highly endorse Al and Pam and the wonderful apartment! They were the perfect relocation partners from the very first communication. They stayed in contact with us every step of the way and were the consummate professionals. Whats more, they treat you like a part of the family not merely a renter of their apartment. The condo is amazing, just as advertised and all resources are close and easy. There just couldn't be any place more convenient to everything! The view from the living room, the gym, pool, outdoor track, gas grills - OMG is all I can say. I initially thought of staying for a year, but selected to move closer to airport for more space, green spaces and familiarity. If I move back to Denver or if friends come here looking, 1771 Larimer 2005 is where I am sending them! Hats off to Al and Pam - You both ROCK!
I stayed in this condo for 5 months while on a work project in downtown Denver. I highly recommend this unit as it is comfortable, up to date, exactly as shown in the pictures, and the the husband and wife owners are great to work with. The building has gone through a renovation (finished Jan 2018) and is up to date and clean. Lots of amenities are provided, of which the gym is my favorite. Finally, the number one thing you cannot beat... The location of the unit! Everything is extremely easy to get to and you are surrounded by restaurants, shopping, bars, and Union Station.
I strongly recommend this condo. I stayed in this condo for 1 month and couldn't imagine a better place to stay for short term work in downtown Denver. The condo is right in the middle of downtown with all of the offices, shops, restaurants and bars within close walking distance. The unit has quality furnishings, 3 flat screen TVs and very fast WiFi-internet. The kitchen is also large and well equipped, and the building staff are very kind and helpful. I can tell that the owner, Al, wanted my stay to be perfect and that he takes pride in offering a quality living experience for his guests.
As others have said, the location can't be beat - easy walking distance to virtually anything you may want or need for business or leisure. Solid, secure building with friendly and welcoming staff. Nice amenities. Unit is spacious, nicely decorated, impeccably clean, well-stocked, and the king bed is unbelievably comfortable. Great technology including 3 flat screen TVs with fast and reliable cable/wi-fi. The owners, Al and Pam, are a class act and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.
My Girlfriend and I stayed here for a month, and we loved every second of it. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, the parking was provided, and the location is IMMACULATE. The condo surpasses even what the pictures show. Extremely clean, very up-to-date appliances, and very convenient office space. For those who would be working from home (like myself) the internet is more than enough to get the job done as well. We will miss staying here, as everything from downtown life to even if you want to take a short drive to the mountains to go hit a trail was all within a very reasonable distance. I highly recommend this option if you are looking to have a great experience in downtown Denver.
