My wife and I stayed here for 3 months last summer (2017). Great location, very good/responsive landlord -- he put in a window A/C at our request. Building is old and charming, parking was not always easy -- but never terrible -- kitchen was not particularly easy to use, bathtub really small, bldg mates we met were friendly. Would recommend because of great location, price, landlord.
