There’s a lot to love about our West 6th Street location. From our home, you can walk to Zilker Park or Auditorium Shores. Visit during quieter times to play a game of disc golf, rent a stand-up paddleboard and explore by water, or stroll the sculpture or botanical gardens.

To just get away from it all, the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail starts just across the street.

Catching a UT game? The stadium’s just 15 minutes away by car.

When you’ve worked up an appetite, dig into seafood at Clark’s Oyster Bar or brunch at 24 Diner or Tacos n Tequila, all within 15 minutes on foot. Or walk to the Whole Foods flagship store to grab some ingredients to prep meals at home.

The rental also includes a covered parking pavilion fit for two cars.

There's not much to say. All of the property managers are friendly and immediately responsive to any sort of an issue, of which we only had a very few minor ones. The place is well located, with great parking, and lots of utility and functionality for the size. It was very clean and well designed. It was a perfect temporary place for us to stay while we looked for a new home, and would also be great for any sort of vacation rental or other short term rental.
