Fantastic condo in every regard. Unit itself is perfect. Has everything. So well laid out. The location is to die for. Perfect. And Tanya is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend
A perfect place to just bring your bag and a toothbrush. This condo has it all and then some! Perfect location in the heart of Austin just a walk away from great restaurants and nightlife. The unit had everything we needed during our two and a half month stay. In unit washer/dryer, plenty of storage, cable/internet, and a really comfortable bed! If we are ever in the need for a long term rental again, this is where we’ll stay!
Location, location, location-in the heart of Austin! Off 8th & Brazos, great turnkey property ready to move-in, enjoyed proximity to awesome cafes, nightlife, and restaurants. Small grocer located within the building, plus coffee shop/cafe next door. The unit had top shelf appliances, expresso machine, washer/dryer, and cable/high-speed wifi. Close to venues Austin is famous for like Zilker Park(ACL), Convention Center (SXSW), ... and also across the street from Omni hotel and 1 block from Driskill hotel when friends/family are visiting. For business or leisure traveler, short hop to Austin-Bergstrom (ABIA) airport. Great owners, that were accessible and kept property pristine. Would happily move back-if I find myself headed back to Austin.
This condo is great. Every want and need can be found within walking distance and both the residents and staff of the building are delightful. I-35 is easily accessible from the condo which makes the ability to get in and out of town quick and headache free. If you are looking for a place to temporarily call home for work or fun, this is the place.

Location location location! Walk ability factor is a 100. Easy walk to 6th Street, Rainy street, Congress, over the bridge to South Congress, there are bike rentals, and scooter rentals on every corner (If you do not want to walk). The condo is perfect for two people. We found it very comfortable with all of the creature comforts. I35 is easily accessible and covered parking is included.
