Location, location, location-in the heart of Austin! Off 8th & Brazos, great turnkey property ready to move-in, enjoyed proximity to awesome cafes, nightlife, and restaurants. Small grocer located within the building, plus coffee shop/cafe next door. The unit had top shelf appliances, expresso machine, washer/dryer, and cable/high-speed wifi. Close to venues Austin is famous for like Zilker Park(ACL), Convention Center (SXSW), ... and also across the street from Omni hotel and 1 block from Driskill hotel when friends/family are visiting. For business or leisure traveler, short hop to Austin-Bergstrom (ABIA) airport. Great owners, that were accessible and kept property pristine. Would happily move back-if I find myself headed back to Austin.

This condo is great. Every want and need can be found within walking distance and both the residents and staff of the building are delightful. I-35 is easily accessible from the condo which makes the ability to get in and out of town quick and headache free. If you are looking for a place to temporarily call home for work or fun, this is the place.
